RYC '12

 Regional Youth Conference (RYC)
  It's an event held yearly for 'Youth For Christ' members. They allot time and effort in preparing for this activity. This is also done for the members to gain new friends, listen to different sessions and most of all, to praise and glorify the Lord.
  Okay. I'm not yet an official YFC member and before the ryc, I had no plans on becoming one. My first reason of joining this activity is just for past time, for fun, to travel with friends and enjoy the breather. I didn't actually expect that this activity would transform me into becoming a better individual.
Before the said event, there was a meeting held at the CFC center. And there was this one statement said by a member that I really didn't forget.
 "Kung ano man yung purpose niyo sa pag join ng RYC, I'm sure, ginawa lang niyang bridge ni God for you to be closer to Him"
 And yes, he was right. This activity strengthened my faith and relationship with the Lord. Yung fun at lingaw lingaw served as the bonus of that event. RYC changed me, and through ryc, I felt God's presence, His love.

After joining RYC, I had so many realizations. That in my 15 years here, I wasn't able to live. I just existed. And because of that, I promised myself to become a better person, God's servant. And become a YFC member.
